I've just posted all the source code for my book "Creating iOS 5 Apps, Develop and Design."
I know there were some old files there already. They were the source code for the original iOS 4 version--I rewrote most of the book after WWDC to include all new iOS 5 material. So, if you've previously downloaded the source code, you probably want to download it again.
